With the widespread use of cellular phones, PDAs (personal digital assistants) and other wireless devices in corporate America, problems of control and expenditure are rapidly occurring. The problems are complex and derive from the way cellular services have evolved over the past decade, combined with the lack of controlled wireless service providers.
